How do I create an offer?
Simply log into your Trivvi dashboard, pick what kind of alert you want to send, set the details and then hit send. Chirp will take care of the rest.
What kind of offers work best?
Percentage discounts and special combo offers tend to perform well. The key is making it compelling enough to get people up and moving.
How far do notifications reach?
You can set a custom radius underneath 2km, but most restaurants see the best results within that range. This reaches nearby diners who are most likely to visit quickly. While reducing the radius may limit reach, it often increases conversion rates as the offers feel more urgent and relevant to those close by. Radius is also adjustable per offer, so you can experiment to find what works best for your restaurant.
Can I cancel or pause offers?
Absolutely. You have full control. Pause, edit, or cancel any offer at any time from your dashboard.
How do I view performance?
Your Trivvi dashboard shows analytics including views, redemptions, and revenue generated from each offer — updated whenever you check in.
When will Trivvi be available in my area?
